New Relics Return Policy

I accept domestic returns initiated within 7 days of your order. All items must be unworn, in their original condition and original packaging. Shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund amount of all returns. For domestic orders, the original shipping costs plus return shipping fee of $5.00 will be deducted from the final refund amount. When returning more than one item, combine all items into one return request so that only one $5.00 return label will be created.  

Please note that all international orders are final. Sale items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.

All return and exchange items are subject to inspection before being restocked.  If the item has been worn, I will be unable to honor the exchange or return request.

Return items must be unworn, in original condition, in original packaging, and properly packaged and padded to prevent any damage in transit. Items that have been worn or improperly packaged in a way that has caused damage to the item are not eligible for return and will not be accepted. Return earrings must be secured on the backing that was provided. Chokers must be tucked around the original backing and chains tucked away from the charm to ensure the item is not scratched in transit. 

If you feel that you have received an item with a defect, please email me within 7 days of delivery and I will work with you to find the best resolution. Please provide your original order number, photos of the item, and a detailed description.

The return amount will reflect the amount charged minus shipping, which includes promotional discounts applied. 

Please note: New Relics is not responsible for any damage caused to an item by the wearer and we reserve the right to decline any unreasonable return requests. 

Verifying Your Shipping Address

I ship all orders to the shipping address that is provided to me on the order.  Once you receive your order confirmation email, please check that your shipping address is correct as New Relics is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address that was inputted by the customer at checkout.  I am unable to reship or refund orders that were sent to an improperly inputted address unless the package is forwarded back to me by the shipping carrier. Please make sure to use a trusted shipping address when ordering.

If the shipping carrier notifies me that a shipping address could be incorrect, I will email you for confirmation. I will wait an additional 2 business days before shipping your order to the address provided at checkout.

New Relics is not responsible for and is unable to replace lost or stolen packages.
